We all know what it feels like when our energy is zapped. Whether it is from not getting enough sleep, eating foods that don’t make us feel good, talking about things we would rather not discuss, or any other number of sources, these leaks can take a toll on our wellbeing. We can feel tired, run down, and just not ourselves. But did you know that there are ways to check for “energy leaks” in your life? These leaks can come from a variety of sources, including:

Not getting enough sleep

Have trouble sleeping or waking up feeling tired? Poor sleep habits can be one of the biggest drains on your energy levels. When you don’t get enough rest, it isn’t easy to focus and concentrate during the day. But perhaps most importantly of all, having a cluttered space reminds us not to lose sight of what’s essential in life – spending time with friends and loved ones and making memories that last a lifetime.
