I hate Mondays.- How many of you have heard this ? I bet , Every one.
Monday. (In most years, there are 52 Mondays in a year because there are 52 weeks in a year. However, if a year starts on a Monday, it will end up with 53 Mondays.)
The day that every professional dreads. It doesn’t matter how much you despise your job, any day other than Monday is a welcomed alternative to the monotony of work.
When Monday rolls around we all dread starting our work week. We are tired, we have more work to do and it’s going to take us a long time to get everything done.

-Set aside time each day for self-care like reading, meditating, or painting.
-Find a workout buddy to motivate you when you would rather skip your planned exercise for the day.
