What If Everything You Do Isn't Working?

“Everything you want is on the other side of fear.”  – Jack Canfield

“I’m exhausted. I can’t take this burden anymore! Nothing I do seems to be effective. I’m spending money like there’s no tomorrow, and I can’t work any harder. It feels as if I’m dying inside.”

Do you identify with these beliefs? I’m sure you can.

You work hard to earn a decent living, maintain your marriage, lose weight, provide self-esteem in your children, and save money on your debts. And then some new situation shows up and steals away all your progress.

If you search for it on Google, you’ll get the same answers.

“Don’t give up. Watch inspiring films. Listen to inspirational music and audiobooks. Exercising, meditating, and practicing yoga are all good ideas.”

That’s terrific, but it isn’t enough.

There are moments when we all feel as though we’re stuck in a rut. We do the same things over and over again, but they don’t seem to be getting us anywhere. Maybe you’ve been working really hard at your job, but it doesn’t feel like you’re making progress. Or you’ve been trying to lose weight for months, without any success. You might even think that everything you do is wrong. But what if that’s not true?

When you feel like you are not making progress, it is important to take some time to think about what you can do differently. You may need to try a different approach or get some new ideas. But it is also important to stay positive and keep moving forward.

What if everything you’re doing is actually working, just in a way that you haven’t yet discovered? In this blog post, I’ll explore some of the possibilities of what might be going on and offer some tips on how to get unstuck and moving forward again.
