What Is It Worth Remembering: Why You Should Never Underestimate Its Value.

The secret to life is the balance of action and inaction. It’s optimal motion- Anonymous

I get it, change is difficult.

But I’m sure you’ve probably heard  this before…

“If you do today what you did yesterday, tomorrow will look the same as it does today.”

If you’ve ever felt like your world is falling apart, take a deep breath. The good news is that the brain has an amazing ability to get back on track and heal itself.

“It’s worth remembering...”

because for many of us it feels like we’ve gone through so much. But there are things that we can’t forget and never should: those who have been affected by the natural disasters; those who lost their lives; those who were injured; those left without homes or food or water (or all three). And then there are the little moments that make up our days-the smiles and laughter, small acts of kindness, memories made with family and friends. It’s not always easy to find hope, but it is possible if we let ourselves remember what matters.

It’s worth remembering ,

you’ll have a lot on your plate – but so will everyone else. There are plenty of opportunities to take advantage of and chances for success. You may be feeling overwhelmed right now, but it’s not too late to make your goals happen!

It is worth remembering,

that we are all on our own timeline. And while it may be hard to know what will happen next week or even tomorrow, if you’re paying attention and staying aware of your surroundings – you just might find yourself giving a little more than expected.

It is worth remembering,

how much we have done and all that we can do. This year has seen many triumphs, challenges and celebrations. There are so many things to be grateful for, but it is important to remember them at a time like this. We should always look forward and never forget what came before us. Without these memories we would not know who we are or where we come from, then there would be no one left to tell our story when we’re gone.

It is worth remembering,

there is still a lot of time for things to happen and events to unfold. It’s easy to forget this when we’re all caught up in our daily lives, but it’s important not to let ourselves get too distracted by what happens on social media or news broadcasts without taking a step back and looking at the bigger picture.

It is worth remembering,

that you are not alone in your struggles. There are millions of people who have been through the same thing as you and have come out on top. Keep fighting, keep trying, and never give up hope!

It is worth remembering,

that there are many people who have had a difficult time with their lives. However, they were able to overcome those obstacles and become successful. The important thing is to never give up on yourself because you can do it!

It is worth remembering,

that we all have a story to share and it can be about anything,” says author and speaker, Margie Warrell. “There’s no right or wrong way to write your story.” For many of us, life has not been easy. But the one thing we do know for sure is that there are lessons in everything we go through.

It is worth remembering,

that there are many other paths to fulfillment, and being dissatisfied doesn’t have to stop you from living a fulfilling life. People are often given the advice to be happy because happiness leads to success. But what if you’re not satisfied with your life? What should you do then?  Happiness can come through finding meaning in our work, deepening our relationships, or doing something creative. Whatever brings us joy will ultimately help us succeed at whatever we set out to accomplish.

There is no one way to complete a sentence and no way to dress or behave or work or love that will make everyone happy. We are all unique.

Remember that happiness comes from within but don’t forget to let other people know about your joys and bright spots along the path of life because sharing feels good too! Mainly though, try being nice even if someone isn’t nice to you. Don’t let people who are low drag you down with them.

Be happy! It’s a choice, not a creation of circumstances.

All it takes for this healing process to happen in any part of your life – from career or relationship struggles to physical health issues – is time and patience with yourself.

In other words, if you really want to start making a positive change in your life…

It’s time to take action.
